Ellesmere Port Running Club members turned in a series of strong performances at the fourth Borders League meeting of the season in Caernarfon.
Dave Bennett finished seventh with an impressive time of 33:59 on the 10K route, with John Stone was close behind with a new pb of 36:51.
He was followed by Matthew Gibbs in 37:30, Mark Dodd (37:47), Harry Corfield (38:05), Steve Edwards (40:09), John Harrison (42:03), Colin Berry (43:22), Dave Nalder (43:57) Kev Ankers (46:55) Dave Reeves (46:59) and Ian Hart (52:24).
Lucy Knight was the first lady home in 13th place outright with her new pb time of 44:04, with Sara Atkinson (44:21) was just two places behind in 15th.
They were followed by Janet Taylor in 53:23 and Julie Lewis who finished with a new pb in 54:33.
Kerry Verschueren was among the hundreds of entrants at the took on the popular Winter Railway Ultra race in Shropshire.
Verschueren clocked 2:45:44 at the 19-mile event staged on a disused railway line between Ironbridge and Bridgnorth.
Team mates Rachel Beddows and Gary Dixon entered the 28-mile race, clocking 4:57:23 and 4:57:26 respectively.
