STUDENTS at St David's High School in Saltney are self-isolating after a student tested positive for coronavirus.
The school has informed parents that a Year 8 student has tested positive for Covid-19.
The whole of the year group is now required to self-isolate until June 25, the school said.
A spokesperson for the school said: "We would like to take the opportunity to reassure our community that we have taken all reasonable infection prevention and control measures in school and have sought specific advice from Public Health and the Local Authority today (Tuesday) about this case."
It is the latest in a number of high schools in Flintshire to register positive cases in the last few days; with the Alun School in Mold, Flint High and Hawarden High all having positive cases.
