Off The Waffle, Chester.
AN American-style waffle house in Chester city centre will close its doors for good this weekend.
Off The Waffle, based in Rufus Court, said the decision to close the branch had been made "with a heavy heart".
The premises, which sells a wide range of fresh waffles and crepes, will permanently shut on June 27.
Posting on its Facebook page, Off The Waffle said: "With a heavy heart we have made the very hard decision to close our Off The Waffle branch in Chester.
"It has been a few years with you Chester and we have loved every moment of it.
"To end with a bang – from Monday the 21st of this month we will be doing 25% off of everything until the 27th when we will be closed.
"It has been a blast."
