PEOPLE aged 40 or over who haven't yet had their Covid-19 jab can visit a pop-up vaccination clinic in Chester and Ellesmere Port this week.
No appointment is required for the clinics which are being operated by the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Trust.
Each clinic will be open from 10am to 4pm each day or for as long as vaccine supplies last.
Only Oxford/Astra Zeneca vaccines are being administered.
The following locations will be offering the vaccine:
- TODAY (June 9) Plas Dinas, Blacon Point Road, Chester
- Thursday, June 10 Church Parade car park, Westminster, Ellesmere Port
- Friday, June 11 Lache Community Centre, Hawthorn Road, Lache, Chester
Those attending for vaccination will be required to produce their:
- NHS Number
- Date of birth
- Address
- Email and phone number
Providing information on the Ellesmere Port clinic, One Ellesmere Port Primary Care Network said: "Anyone who is aged 40 or above in Ellesmere Port and hasn’t had their Coronavirus Vaccine can receive a vaccine tomorrow from the vaccine bus.
"To further boost the vaccination options in Cheshire, a vehicle owned by Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service and operated by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will be visiting Ellesmere Port to vaccinate local residents."
