A MAN wanted on recall to prison with links to Chester is being hunted by Merseyside Police.
Joel Conroy, 27, has links to Chester and did not return to prison as part of his release on licence.
A spokesman for the force confirmed they were looking for him.
They said: “We are appealing for information to help find a wanted man from Liverpool.

“Joel Conroy, 27, is wanted on a recall to prison after failing to adhere to licensing conditions having served a prison sentence for drugs supply.
“Conroy has links to Anfield and Chester
