A CCTV image of a man Cheshire Police wants to speak to in relation to theft of alcohol from a Frodsham bar.

At around 10.55am on Monday, May 4, officers received responded to a report of theft from a campsite in the Kingsley area of the town.

It was reported that an unknow man had gone behind the bar in the restaurant area and proceeded to take a bottle of alcohol.

The man was challenged by staff and was asked to leave the sight.

Officers have now released an image of a man they would like to speak to, as they believe he holds vital information in relation to the incident.

It is believed the man is believed to reside in the Merseyside area.

Police Constable Dan Malone said: “We have been following a number of enquires to fully establish the circumstances surrounding this incident and, as part of these enquiries, we are now looking to identify the man pictured.

“I would encourage anyone who recognises him to please contact our officers, I would ask the same of anyone who also has any information in relation to the incident itself as well.

“Finally, I would strongly urge the man pictured to get in touch with our officers.”
