The Hunger Games is returning to the big screen in a five-week cinema season.
Vue Cinema in Cheshire Oaks is inviting fans to relive the dystopian world of Panem with a full cinematic re-release of the franchise, starting with the original film on Friday, September 4.
The screenings are also taking place at Vue Preston, leading up to the latest entry in the series, Sunrise on the Reaping.
Naomi Simkins-Brown, general manager at Vue Cheshire Oaks, said: "Almost 20 years since we were first introduced to the world of Katniss Everwood, the Hunger Games continues to capture the heart and imagination of audiences across the world.
"For fans wanting to relive the story ahead of the latest release, our Hunger Games season is the perfect way to enjoy the films, with the ultimate seat, screen and sound experience."
The franchise, starring Jennifer Lawrence, Woody Harrelson, and Donald Sutherland, follows the journey of Katniss Everdeen as she volunteers to take her sister’s place in a televised fight to the death.
The re-release coincides with National Cinema Weekend, during which Vue will offer £4 tickets for all films and seats on Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6.
The full Hunger Games season runs for five weeks and ends with The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes from October 2.
Vue Cheshire Oaks is also promoting its Ultra Lux seating for the season, which features an extra-wide armrest, personal table for snacks and beverages and a state-of-the-art wine cooler.

- The Hunger Games: Catching Fire – from September 11
- The Hunger Games: Mocking Jay Part 1 – from September 18
- The Hunger Games: Mocking Jay Part 2 – from September 25
- The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes – from October 2
