A CHESTER estate agent has announced three promotions in its Grosvenor Street office.
Emily Pickering is promoted from Sales Progressor to senior sales progressor, Daniel Owen moves up to lettings operations manager and Annie O’Brien is stepping up to lettings development manager.
Emily joined Cavendish in 2025 as the company’s first ever dedicated sales progressor, having previously trained to be a lawyer and worked for a law firm in the city.
The role sees her using her legal knowledge to help speed up transaction times for clients looking to sell their homes.
Meanwhile, Daniel’s new role sees him taking on further operational responsibility on the lettings side of the business, ensuring strong processes, consistency and structure across the department.

Annie moves from Cavendish’s Mold office where she was a Lettings Manager to take on the enhanced role of Lettings Development Manager with extra responsibility for growing that side of the business.
David Adams, Cavendish’s managing director, said: “The promotions are all about recognising the contribution each of them is already making to the business, while also giving them greater responsibility as we continue to grow and strengthen the team.
“Emily has made a real impact within sales progression and has consistently shown a strong focus on keeping transactions moving, communicating with clients and helping get sales through to completion.
“Her promotion reflects the level she is already operating at and strengthens an increasingly important part of the sales business.
“Daniel’s new role recognises his increasing involvement in the operational side of lettings, a key role in helping to ensure we are able to deliver the highest possible levels of customer service.
“Annie has played a big part in developing the lettings side of the business, particularly around winning new instructions and building relationships with landlords.
“Her new role gives her greater responsibility for helping us grow the portfolio and develop new business opportunities.”
Cavendish has announced a further promotion in its Mold office with Sophie Lewis becoming senior lettings negotiator and valuer.
David added: “The promotions are particularly pleasing because all of them have come from within the existing team.
“This fits with our ethos of wanting to keep developing our people internally and giving them opportunities to progress their careers with Cavendish.”
Cavendish, which was founded in 1993, employs over 30 people across estate agency and lettings with offices in Chester, Mold and Ruthin.
The company helps over 600 homeowners move home each year and has around 650 properties under management.
