A new premium reformer pilates studio is preparing to open at Broughton Retail Park next week, bringing a range of fitness and wellbeing classes to the area.

Reformer by Energie Chester Broughton will officially open on Monday, June 29, offering reformer pilates, hot classes and specialist pre- and post-natal sessions designed to support people at every stage of their fitness journey.

The studio has been launched by local business owners Glyn and Nathalie Stephens, who also own Energie Fitness Deeside. The pair say the new venture aims to make boutique-style fitness more accessible by combining a premium studio experience with affordable pricing.

Classes will be available from £7.50 per session, with flexible membership options available.

Located within Broughton Retail Park, the studio will benefit from free parking, extended opening hours and easy access for visitors.

The business says it has been designed to welcome everyone, from complete beginners to experienced reformer pilates users, with instructors on hand to guide members through each class in a supportive environment.

Alongside reformer pilates, the timetable will include hot fitness classes and specialist sessions for pre- and post-natal participants, focusing on strength, mobility, recovery and overall wellbeing.

Glyn and Nathalie Stephens said: “We’re incredibly excited to bring Reformer by Energie to Broughton and create a space where people of all ages and fitness levels feel welcome.

“Reformer Pilates has grown in popularity because of its ability to build strength, improve mobility and support overall wellbeing, but premium studios can often feel inaccessible due to cost or experience level.

“Our vision is to offer the same high-quality experience you’d expect from a boutique studio, but at a price point that makes it accessible to more people in our community.

“Whether you’re completely new to reformer pilates, returning to exercise, or looking to complement your existing fitness routine, our team is here to support you every step of the way.”

Ahead of the official opening, the studio will host an open day on Sunday, June 28, from 11.30am until 2pm.

Visitors will be able to tour the new facilities, meet the instructors, see the reformer equipment and receive complimentary refreshments and giveaways.
