Vintage finds and sustainable fashion will take centre stage at a special evening event.
The occasion, Rummage with Jen Graham, will be hosted by TV and social media star Jen Graham—better known online as Charity Shop Girl—at the Hope House children’s hospice shop on Frodsham Street in Chester on Friday, April 10.
Known for her appearances on This Morning, Graham will present a 90-minute experience blending secondhand fashion with style inspiration, all in support of a good cause.
She said: "There is something so special about coming back to Chester for a night like this at VIBE.
"For me, vintage has never just been about clothes.
"It’s about stories, unique finds and that ambience you feel the second you walk into a room full of people who just get it.
"It’s about the rummage, the thrill of finding something nobody else saw and the magic of giving it a second life.
"This evening isn’t just shopping; it’s bringing our community together.
"I’ll be handpicking pieces, adding my CSG stickers and planting them around for you to rummage and discover little hidden gems waiting to be found.
"The kind of items that I know you will love and you’ll definitely say, ‘that’s very me’.
"So, come and be part of it.
"Come for the treasures, stay for the ambience.
"I want to make it a night full of atmosphere, emotion and unforgettable finds all for such an incredible cause."
Lindy Welch-Smart, head of retail for Hope House Tŷ Gobaith children’s hospices, welcomed the return of the popular content creator.
She said: "It’s great to have Jen back in our city store.
"She’s such an inspiration and really pioneers the notion that looking fabulous needn’t cost a fortune and can also benefit good causes and the environment.
"See you there."
Each ticket holder will enjoy complimentary drinks and nibbles, a chance to browse a freshly stocked store, and the opportunity to take photos.
At the heart of the evening is the aim to support Hope House Tŷ Gobaith, which provides vital care for children with life-threatening conditions and their families.
The charity offers respite, nursing care, therapeutic play, and counselling services—free from the point of diagnosis.
Tickets are priced at £15 per person, with each session limited to just 30 guests to ensure an intimate and memorable experience.
The first session begins at 5pm, followed by a second at 7pm.
Graham’s hands-on approach will see her donating and curating a selection of clothing and homewares for the event.
These pieces will be hidden throughout the shop for guests to discover as they browse, adding a personal touch to the evening’s treasure hunt.
Her signature ‘CSG’ stickers will mark the special items.
