AN AMBITIOUS Flintshire firm once again gave darts fans a night to remember over the weekend.
The company was founded by Mold resident John Jones, who has taken the brand to incredible heights since forming nearly a decade ago.
There was a 'dream come true' for former footballer Mr Jones in 2024 when he launched the Ace of Sports sports facility in his home town.
As well as that, the business has become well-known for hosting top evenings with some of darts' best competitors past and present, from Michael Van Gerwen to Phil Taylor.
And Sunday, February 15, was no different as another major event landed - this time at Chester Racecourse.
The Ace of Sports Championship final saw 13-year-old Jayden Walker, from Bournemouth, face off against Chester's own experienced darts thrower Luke Smith for the title.
That epic night of darts action also saw current PDC World Champion Luke Littler and former world champ Luke Humphries square off in an unforgettable match-up - and 16-time world champion Phil 'The Power' Taylor was also in attendance.

Teenage prodigy Jayden eventually came out on top on the night, before battling it out against Littler and narrowly losing to him.
In a statement posted after the event, Ace of Sports' John Jones said: "Yesterday was amazing to bring such a historic event to the local area. It was great to see children all the way up to the elderly dancing, singing and watching the best two darts players in the world live on stage.
"To have one of the biggest sports stars in the UK right now, the world champion and world number, Luke 'The Nuke' Littler, come to Chester Racecourse is definitely something that was not easy to put together but seeing the crowds reaction when he walked out made all the hard work worth while
Congratulations to Jayden Walker who was crowned the Ace Of Sports Darts Champion. Jayden was presented with the trophy by none other than Phil Taylor.
