THE skies over North Wales are set to come alive as RAF Valley prepares to welcome the world-famous Red Arrows Synchro Pair.
Their arrival marks the start of several days of training, with RAF Mona - near Bodffordd on Anglesey, expected to host a number of practice sorties in the coming days.
A statement from RAF Valley, located Anglesey, said: "From today (February 4), RAF Valley is due to receive the famous Red Arrows Synchro Pair
"We are anticipating a number of training sorties at RAF Mona in the coming days."
Wednesday, February 4 - expected timings:
Arrival 10am
First sortie 11.45am
Second sortie 2.15pm
