An artist's journey of healing through art will be showcased in Chester.
The Art Box Gallery will present A Positive from a Negative, a solo exhibition by local artist Mark Wilson.
The exhibition, running from May 27 to 30, will feature 13 original works in various media.
Mr Wilson began painting after participating in an art therapy course at the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, following his 2020 diagnosis with multiple myeloma.
His work reflects resilience, rediscovery, and hope.

Mr Wilson said: "Art gave me back a sense of purpose.
"It’s been a positive from a negative."
The exhibition will launch on Tuesday, May 27, with a VIP preview at 6pm, followed by general public entry at 7pm.
Original works and prints will be on sale, with proceeds going towards supporting the hospice.
