CREAMFIELDS has announced that an incredibly popular trio will headline the festival this year.
As lighter nights approach, it means festival season is just around the corner.
Creamfields organisers announced the star-studded line-up for the 2025 festival last month.
Huge names including David Guetta, Chase and Status, Fatboy Silm and Martin Garrix have already been confirmed to play the Daresbury-based festival in August.
Swedish House Mafia have now been confirmed as the headliners if the Arc Stage on Saturday, August 23.
Perhaps best known for their smash hit Don’t you Worry Child, the Swedish trio are a beloved electro house group.
“No strangers to the award-winning festival, Swedish House Mafia’s roots with Creamfields run deep,” a spokesperson for the festival said.
“From their early performances at Cream’s legendary club nights in the early noughties, to their unforgettable Creamfields debut in 2007, they have firmly cemented their status as icons of the festival’s rich history.”
The group will perform at the festival, which will take place between August 21 and 24, and is regularly attended by around 80,000 music fans.
This year, the festival will introduce a host of new areas and stages to the incredibly popular festival.
