A LIFE coach and fitness expert will host a ‘Reset and Thrive’ event designed to give local mums a much-deserved break from the demands of motherhood.
Life coach Jenny Clarke and fitness coach Kaye Louise Fitness have teamed up to host the afternoon event which will take place on Sunday, November 24, from 2pm until 5pm at Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa (CH3 6AD).
Mums attending the event can expect a rejuvenating afternoon filled with practical tips, self-reflection, and relaxation. The program will include:
- ‘Sources of Energy’ workshop led by Jenny, featuring meditation, discussion, and techniques to reduce overwhelm
- Pilates session with Kaye Louise Fitness, where she’ll also offer advice on building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, before a gentle 20-minute workout
- ‘Relax and Breathe’ session to help attendees connect with their inner selves and truly unwind
In addition to these engaging sessions, participants will receive a gift bag and access to Rowton Hall's luxurious spa facilities until 8 pm, allowing them to further enjoy their day of self-care. Light refreshments will be provided throughout the event.
“We're thrilled to offer mums in the Chester area an opportunity to focus on their well-being and connect with others who share the challenges of motherhood," says event organiser Jenny.
“It's essential for mums to recharge and take time for themselves so they can continue to be the best versions of themselves for their families."
Attendance for ‘Reset and Thrive’ is £44 per person, with limited spaces available. To secure a spot, interested mums can book online or contact Jenny directly at jenny@resetwith.com or by phone at 07826 136364.
