FIREFIGHTERS were called out to an incident at a property in Ellesmere Port.

One fire crew attended the scene in Whitby Road at about 6.10pm yesterday (Saturday, October 19).

A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A lithium-ion battery pack on a bicycle had caught fire and was put out by firefighters who then discharged it from the bike."
