FIREFIGHTERS were called to two fires on waste land in Frodsham this afternoon (Thursday, August 29).
Crews attended the first incident on Princeway at around 2.30pm.
The first was extinguished using a water backpack.
Less than two hours later, at 4.15pm, the crew were called to reports of a second fire, this time on Queensway.
Both fires appear to have been started deliberately and Cheshire Police have been informed.
