A PROPERTY in Ellesmere Port had to be evacuated yesterday (Tuesday, August 27) whilst a fire was extinguished.
Two fire crews attended the scene at a property on Red Lion Lane, Little Sutton at around 5pm.
Two firefighters in breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to put out a fire involving a tumble dryer.
A high-pressure fan was then used to ventilate the property.
Everyone within the property was accounted for and there were no reports of any injuries.
