FIREFIGHTERS were called to an incident last night (Thursday, August 22) near Chester city centre.
A fire crew arrived at the scene on Tarvin Road at around 7.30pm after reports of a bin fire.
Firefighters extinguished the flames using a hose reel jet, the fire does not appear to have been started deliberately.
