A BREWERY in Cheshire has received prestigious national and regional awards for its ale.
Chapter Brewery, in Quays Park on Clifton Road, Runcorn, was nominated for The Campaign For Real Ale awards.
At the awards presentation, Noah Torn, director and head brewer of Chapter Brewery, was presented with the local awards.
The brewery makes a variety of beers with unique packaging, including Dead Man’s Fist, Taller Than a House and Pemberly.
Dead Mans Fist received the National Gold Award Speciality Brewed Category and Halton CAMBRA Beer of the Year.
Pemberly also received the North West Regional Silver for Session Stouts and Porters Category.
Presenting the awards were Merseyside and Cheshire regional chair, Nick Bosley, and Halton Branch Chair David Grey.
“It was a privilege to see a Halton Brewery winning national and regional awards, the skill of all the people who work at the brewery is something they should be proud of,” said David.
