Thousands of racegoers have continued to enjoy the warm weather as the Boodles May Festival at Chester Racecourse is coming to an end.
Friday marks the Chester Cup Day, with another packed programme during the afternoon.
This year is a special one for the event, as it commemorates 200 years of the Chester Cup.
Recent winners of the feature race on the day, the Chester cup itself, include last year's victor Saffie Osborne, 2022's Ryan Moore and 2021's Frankie Dettori.
