The category welcomes owners of recently launched independent salons, operating for less than two years.

Now, Charlotte will compete for the top honour at the 25th British Hairdressing Business Awards, which will take place on Monday, July 1st at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

Reflecting on the nomination, Charlotte said: “I'm over the moon! The competition is fierce, so being named a finalist is a huge victory in itself. Starting my own salon has been a journey, pushing me to my limits in ways I never saw coming. I've grown leaps and bounds, both creatively and as a leader. Winning this award would be a pivotal moment, and I've got my fingers crossed!”

Jayne Lewis-Orr, Executive Director of the British Hairdressing Business Awards, said: “The awards celebrate the talented and passionate businesses and individuals who contribute to the greatness of British hairdressing. Once again, our judging panel faced an outstanding group of candidates.

“Being nominated in this category requires the finalist to showcase their ability to build an incredible business from the ground up, demonstrating their passion, unwavering commitment, and business strategies. Charlotte's nomination speaks volumes about their entrepreneurial flair and dedication to success.”
