THREE fire crews were called out to an incident at a property in Ellesmere Port in the early hours.
Fire engines from Ellesmere Port, Chester and Powey Lane attended the scene in Warren Drive at about 3.30am on Saturday (April 20).
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reel water jets and a large specialist fan to deal with a fire in a single storey property.
"One person suffered smoke inhalation and was taken to hospital.
"The cause of the fire is under investigation."
