A GROUP of Travellers have set up another unauthorised camp in a Cheshire town.
Eight caravans and associated towing vehicles have pitched up on the car park of Marks and Spencer in Gemini.
The group moved onto the shop site off Europa Boulevard on Sunday.
This is according to an unauthorised encampment log for Cheshire and Warrington operated by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The local authority’s Cheshire and Warrington Traveller Team confirmed the encampment in an update this afternoon, Tuesday.
An officer is to contact the landowner due to the site being privately owned.
It is one of a number of camps reported in the town over the past week.
No less than five sites have reported caravans pitching up, including in Birchwood and Stretton.
