A FLOOD warning for the tidal River Dee from Grosvenor Bridge to The Groves has been issued by the Environment Agency.
The update is due to the high tide forecast this afternoon (Tuesday, April 9).
As a result River levels are high on the River Dee.
It is possible flooding could affect locations near the River Dee.
A spokesperson for the Environment Agency said: "We currently do not anticipate the Flood Alert level to be met during the high tide
"After this tide‚ the weather is more settled and no further impacts are expected.
"Our incident rooms are on standby and we are closely monitoring the situation."
Areas at risk include riverside properties from Grosvenor Bridge to the Groves including parts of River Lane, Greenway Street and The Groves.
