THE Ellesmere Port recycling centre has been forced to close this afternoon due to high winds.
Cheshire West and Chester Council informed residents of the emergency closure on social media today (Tuesday, April 9).
A post on X/ Twitter stated: "The recycling centre has closed due to strong winds.
"The site will aim to open as soon as it is safe to do so."
