RESIDENTS in a specific Chester postcode could be £1,000 richer this morning (Wednesday, April 3) following the Postcode Lottery daily draw.
The area, CH1 3LN, which is located in Queens Place in the city centre, next to the Shropshire Union Canal, has been selected among 20 other winners of the competition’s daily jackpot.
All players within the lucky postcode will receive the £1000 prize courtesy of the Postcode International Trust.
The Postcode Lottery manages draws on behalf of more than 20 charities, meaning that players have a chance to win every day of the month.
Players pay £12, entitling them to entrance into every draw with a chance to win prizes from £1000 up to a share of £1m.
Charities receive a minimum of 33 per cent of ticket sales, with more than £1.2bn having been raised for good causes since 2005.
