ONE lucky person is guaranteed to win a stylish house in Cheshire worth £3.5 million - along with £100,000 in cash - as part of a new prize draw raising funds for Cancer Research UK.

The Omaze Million Pound House Draw in Cheshire is the company’s 25th house draw and sees it return to where the very first Omaze house was given away in 2020. The eventual winner will get the keys to a stunning five-bedroom home in Prestbury, one of the most exclusive areas in the country.

The property comes mortgage free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner is also given £100,000 in cash and can decide to either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income or sell it to become a cash multi-millionaire.

Estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of £20,000 per month.

Located in the Golden Triangle, home to football stars and celebrities, this impressive 7,000 sq ft new build property is encompassed by manicured grounds including south facing gardens to the rear and a gated private driveway with ample parking.

The house has a galleried entrance hall with a feature staircase. Large windows not only provide beautiful views, but also fill the home with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere inside, alongside the high ceilings and impressive room proportions throughout.

The heart of the home is the spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The bespoke handmade kitchen includes a range of integrated Miele appliances, coffee station, a large central island and a walk-in pantry with bi-folding doors leading onto the rear terrace.

The first floor features five generous bedrooms - three of which have en suite bathrooms with fitted dressing areas.

As well as making its lucky Grand Prize winner a multi-millionaire, it will raise money for the Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research UK. Set up to continue the incredible legacy of Dame Deborah James, who was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2016, aged 35, and went on to become a tireless campaigner and fundraiser.

Around 44,100 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK each year - making it the fourth most common cancer in the UK and the second most common cause of cancer death.

The Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research UK works to give more people more time with the people they love by funding cutting-edge research and raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of cancer.

This is the second time Cancer Research UK has teamed up with Omaze. The first partnership in 2021 raised £500,000 for the charity’s vital work. Omaze has guaranteed a minimum donation of £1,000,000 from this partnership.

James Oakes, Chief International Officer at Omaze, said: “We’re very excited to be back where it all began for our 25th house in beautiful Cheshire – and to be partnering with Cancer Research UK for a second time to support the Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research UK.

“By offering this stunning property in Cheshire, Omaze gives people the chance to win life-changing prizes that can enable them to live mortgage or rent free lives. As well as raising money for charities, Omaze introduces them to new audiences that they otherwise wouldn't reach. We’re tremendously proud that the Omaze community has already raised over £34 million for good causes across the UK.”

In addition to winning the Grand Prize, people who enter online by midnight on Sunday, April 14 (Tuesday, April 16 for postal) are also in with the chance of winning a Range Rover Velar, worth over £80,000.

There is also an additional £50,000 cash prize up for grabs for Omaze subscribers spending £20 or more in the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw. All Omaze entrants are in with the chance to win gift cards throughout the draw.
