A CITY centre plot in Chester is on the market with a guide price of £4000.
The small piece of land, which is around the size of two parking spaces (30 square metres), is due to be auctioned next week.
Located on Heathfields Close in Newton, the space has been described by Auction House Cheshire as an “ideal strategic plot” and an “excellent opportunity” for a buyer looking to build a charge point/garage, a lock up plot or an allotment.
Auction House also makes clear that any building on the city centre site would be subject to planning permission.
“Buyers are deemed to have made their owns enquiries in respect of planning and any other consents or rights over the land.
“Purchasers are deemed to rely on their own enquiries with regard to any possible development potential for this individual plot but these details show an artist’s impression of how a development on this site could look if planning permission is granted.”
The plot will be for sale via online auction which begins at 1pm on Monday, March 25, continuing until 1pm on Tuesday, March 26.
