FIREFIGHTERS were called out to an incident near a busy road on the outskirts of Chester early this morning.
One fire crew attended the scene in Caldy Valley Road, Great Boughton, at about 7.50am today (Tuesday, March 19).
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service, said: "A fire in the engine compartment of a vehicle was extinguished by firefighters using two hose reels.
"The vehicle was on a car park and a thermal imaging camera was used to check for hot spots before the crew left."
