WITH  four sales in the first week and a third of properties now sold, buyers have given new luxury homes near Chester their seal of approval.

Castle Green Homes is creating 24 large new homes on land that was previously part of the former University of Law Chester Campus in Christleton.

In recognition of the land’s roots in academia, the development is being marketed as College Park.

Sales director Sian Pitt said: “The response to our new homes in Christleton has been incredible.

"Buyers have been embracing the virtual reality resources on our website to explore the development and assess which home they want to purchase before they arrive on site.

"One couple were so keen to ensure they could reserve their preferred property that they were waiting for us to open on the launch day. In the first week alone, we took four reservations and a further four have since been reserved, meaning that we’ve sold a third of the homes already.

"The magnificent Townsend show home has played a pivotal role in the success of the development – it has a real wow factor. Feedback is that its generous proportions have been carefully considered to cater for how people really live, with a superb specification befitting of the location.”

Current availability at College Park ranges from a detached Egerton, with three en-suite bedrooms, priced from £684,995, up to a Townsend, like the show home, priced from £1,275,000.
