WORK to improve drainage at a popular woodland attraction in Ellesmere Port has been carried out.
Cheshire West and Chester Council workers have also completed a scheme of pathway resurfacing in Stanney Woods.
The improvements have been made behind Woodsome Close.
The council took to social media to share the news of the recent works saying: "The works will help residents travel to and from work or school, or just enjoy a healthy walk now spring is here."
To date a total of 130m of path has been raised with new surfacing.
