DRIVERS have been faced with delays on the M56 eastbound this morning between Chester and Helsby.
This is due to congestion caused by a collision at Junction 14, near Chester Services, causing hold-ups of more than half an hour for motorists and passengers.
Traffic queues are expected to ease by around 9.30am.
