A WIRRAL schoolgirl stars in a new Amazon Prime film that has been released today (Friday, January 12).

Eight-year-old Lucia Aliu, who is represented by London and MediaCity UK-based talent agency, Scream Management and a pupil at Great Meols Primary, appears alongside Kaley Cuoco, David Oyelowo and Bill Nighy in the new film, Role Play.

Lucia will be playing Caroline Brackett the daughter of Emma (played by Kaley Cuoco) and Dave (played by David Oyelowo) Brackett.

The film follows the marriage and secret life of Emma Brackett, as an assassin for hire. A secret her husband discovers when the couple decide to spice up their marriage.

Lucia auditioned for Scream Management in 2021, at the age of five, starting her acting career in 2022, starring in the award-winning ITV Soap, Coronation Street as Maisy Wheatley, the daughter of Nicky Wheatley (played by Kimberly Hart-Simpson).

Lucia has since been featured in a number of adverts (Duracell, Specsavers) as well as high-profile TV shows including Hijack starring Idris Elba, which she filmed concurrently with Role Play.
