CAMPSITES in Cheshire have received a trio of awards from one of the UK's go-to camping and glamping booking platforms.

Campsites.co.uk selected three Cheshire sites as part of its annual Camping and Glamping Awards.

The awards span various categories, including ‘Best Campsite’, ‘Best Glamping Site’ and ‘Most Unique Site’. Other specific categories include ‘Greener Site Award’ and ‘Best Coastal Campsite’.

The awards also spotlight the 'Best Budget Campsite', which proves that unforgettable camping memories don’t need to come with a high price tag.

Welltrough Hall Farm in Macclesfield picked up an award for Best Adult Only Site (North West).

Offering peaceful touring and glamping with stunning views on a 273 acre working farm, Welltrough Hall Farm is described as an idyllic spot for relaxing. In the village of Lower Withington with a pub close by and glorious countryside views to soak in from the hot tubs.

Other Cheshire award winners included: the Runner up for Best Family Campsite (North West): Elm Cottage Touring Park, Little Budworth and Runner up for Best Adult Only Site (North West): The Happy Pheasant Caravan Park and Campsite, Malpas.
