THERE were heavy delays for commuters near Chester this morning (Friday, December 1) after an HGV collided with a car at the Posthouse Roundabout.
Police were called to reports of a crash at the junction of the A483 Wrexham Road and A55 at around 8.25am. The collision involved two vehicles, an HGV and a Nissan Qashqai.
There were no reports of any serious injuries and the scene was cleared shortly after 9.10am.
The incident resulted in queuing traffic along the A483 and A55, but traffic conditions have since returned to normal.
