POLICE are searching for an alleged dangerous driver from Cheshire West who has been on the run since his court no-show.
Richard Cunliffe, of Middlewich Road, Northwich, had been due to appear in Chester Magistrates Court earlier this year to stand trial.
The 28-year-old had previously denied driving a BMW dangerously in Marston Lane, Northwich, on October 15 last year.
But Cunliffe failed to appear in the dock on September 29 and was found guilty in his absence.
Magistrates issued a warrant for his arrest at the time and now police are appealing for help in tracing him.
A Cheshire Police spokeswoman said: "Cunliffe is described as white, 5’9” tall, of proportionate build, with short dark brown hair, and brown eyes.
"Anyone with any information as to Cunliffe’s whereabouts should contact Cheshire Police via cheshire.police.uk/tell-us or call 101, quoting 23000946047."
