A RETAILER is celebrating its move from Chester's Greyhound Park to Chester city centre with a £12,000 kitchen to be won in a prize draw.
Kitchen giants Magnet will welcome shoppers to the brand new Chester store opening on Friday, November 24.
The new site is a relocation of their previous store on Stendall Road at the Greyhound Retail Park which closed earlier this month.
To celebrate, Magnet is inviting local residents to join them for a celebratory glass of fizz on the store’s opening day.
If you visit before December 31 you can also enter into a prize draw to win a brand new Magnet kitchen worth up to £12,000.
More than 30,000 households within a five to 10 mile radius of the store will be receiving a door drop invitation to the store. This also features a prize draw entry form for the kitchen giveaway.
Simply fill in your details and hand in the invitation to one of the designers in-store before December 31 to be in with the chance of winning.
Magnet will also be celebrating with exclusive opening offers in the Chester store, such as a free Quooker tap and £1,000 off installation.
The new Chester store features interactive areas that reflect how people increasingly want to be inspired and to shop.
Alongside show-stopping displays, the store features a fully functional kitchen area, allowing Magnet’s newly recruited in-store team to demonstrate how key kitchen appliances work, such as instant boiling water taps and state of the art steam ovens.

Other areas include the Design Studio, a self-contained area where you can sit comfortably with your Magnet designer and talk about your kitchen plans whilst they create your very own 3D design.
There is also a Styles and Materials area, a space where you can not only sift through worktop, door and handle samples, but also create your own mood board to envision a kitchen that’s personal to you.
As a company who prioritises sustainability, Magnet have taken the utmost care and attention in making sustainable choices and limiting carbon footprint where possible in these store projects.
Store opening hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am-6pm, Sunday: 10am-4pm.
