A BODY was found in the Dee Estuary yesterday, police have confirmed.
North Wales Police has said that at 11.48am on Monday (October 23), it was notified of a body that was discovered in the river between Flint and Bagillt.
North Wales Police attended the scene, alongside colleagues from the Welsh Ambulance Service, HM Coastguard and RNLI.
Sadly, the body of a man was recovered from the water, police said.
Police said the death is not being treated as suspicious and the Coroner has been informed.
