A hotel most recently run as The Cottage on London Road in Allostock is up for sale.

It is being marketed by Landwood Group who say it has potential for development.

The 7,875 square foot property comprises of a two-storey hotel, a bar and a restaurant which is currently operated as a B&B – The Cottage.

According to the Landwood Group, the original building appears to be late Victorian, with subsequent extensions to the side and read.

On the groundfloor can be found a lobby, a reception area, a large bar and restaurant, kiche, toilets, storage, office room, laundry and a plant room.

Located above the restaurant is a manager’s flat with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
