AN Ellesmere Port warehouse is undergoing a major £500k upgrade to make it more appealing to prospective operators.
The new owner of The Pacific Building in Cromwell Road is currently undertaking major internal and external upgrade works to meet the demands of a modern operator.
The Pacific Building comprises a two-storey 46,150 sq ft building on a site of 1.73 acres.
Mark Diaper, director of Industrial Agency at Legat Owen, the appointed property agent for the building, said the proposed £500k upgrade will make it a more attractive proposition for an operator.
He added: “Good quality warehouse and industrial stock such as that proposed for The Pacific Building is a rare opportunity, especially in this area.
“It will be available for occupation in Q3 2023 and, at £3.95 per sq ft, is an extremely competitive rate for Ellesmere Port.”
Mr Diaper added it was expected there would be significant demand for the warehouse, which is located between junctions 9 and 10 of the M53 motorway.
