A WOMAN, who loves "making people feel better about themselves", has opened a new cosmetic tattoo and aesthetics shop in Neston.

Stephanie Parry, from Little Neston, went to university to study fine art and started to get involved in fashion shows and make-up.

From there, she worked in design for the footwear brand Dr Martens and also for the make-up brand MAC.

The 53-year-old said: "I knew I wanted to do something more than make-up. I was doing catwalks, and editorial and I was getting a bit fed up of just treating beautiful women.

"I ended up treating someone with vitiligo and that led me down the path of working for The Red Cross and helping people with visible differences. It became a massive labour of love for me."

Stephanie then trained in skin camouflaging and treating people with scaring from things such as self-harming or tragic accidents. She then trained in aesthetics and cosmetic tattooing.

She added: "I worked on Rodney Street for six years and decided I wanted to extend my own business and have my own beauty hub making it accessible for everyone.

"It's really a passion for me and I absolutely love what I do."

Stephanie offers semi-permanent make-up, medical micro-needling, skin peels, anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters and skin camouflage.

"You just feel like you've really enhanced somebody's life", she added.

"It's not about me, it's about making somebody feel better about themselves."

Speaking about opening in Little Neston, Stephanie said: "What I've encountered is that a lot of people were struggling to get parking when I worked at Rodney Street.

"Little Neston is becoming a beauty hub in itself with lots of hairdressers, so I thought this was the perfect place."

Stephanie Parry - Cosmetic Tattoo Artist + Aesthetics is located at 2a The Green in Little Neston. It's official opening is on August 12, however, it is open for treatments now.
