A HIGH-end restaurant in a Cheshire village says it is ‘thrilled’ to announce when it will be reopening its doors.

It comes following the completion of an extension and refurbishment of Piccolino on London Road, Stockton Heath.

Aiming to ‘enhance the dining experience for valued guests’, the venue has expanded into a vacant unit next door which formerly was occupied by A La Turka.

After a brief closure and much anticipation, Piccolino is to be relaunched as Piccolino Grande – a ‘high-end Italian restaurant renowned for its authentic Italian food and hospitality’.

It will reopen its doors on Thursday, August 10, unveiling a ‘breathtaking dining experience that promises to be bigger, better, and more glamorous than ever before’.

The restaurant has undergone an extensive renovation, including an expansion of the dining area and bar to accommodate more than 40 more guests into the new areas of the restaurant.

The restaurant's dining area has been enlarged and adorned with ‘opulent design elements creating an ambience that perfectly complements the sophistication and style of esteemed guests’.

New furnishings, Carrara marble floor and feature brass ceiling add ‘touches of elegance and glamour, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for all guests’.

Piccolino also says it is delighted to introduce a dedicated private dining room, comfortably sitting up-to 36 guests and ideal for special occasions such as christenings, private parties, birthdays and other celebrations.

The renovated bar area boasts an extensive range of drinks, wine and cocktails that ‘will undoubtedly impress discerning clientele’.

A spokesman said: “While we have revamped our look, our commitment to delivering the most authentic Italian dishes remains unchanged.

“Our culinary team continues to use only the finest ingredients and time-honoured techniques to craft every dish, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

“Piccolino Grande’s doors will be open on August 10. We invite all food enthusiasts and those seeking a memorable dining experience to join us and indulge in the finest Italian cuisine.”

It has been revealed that the restaurant will be undergoing a menu revamp in October, too.

Andrew Garton, CEO of Individual Restaurants, said: “We are thrilled to embark on this expansion and renovation project, which will allow us to enhance the dining experience for our valued guests.

“By incorporating the neighbouring unit, we will be able to welcome more guests and provide an even more glamorous ambiance, further complementing our exquisite Italian cuisine.”
