FIREFIGHTERS were called out to an incident in the early hours outside a property on the outskirts of Chester.
One fire crew attended the scene in Tarvin Road at about 12.30am today (Thursday, July 13).
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A fire involving a bin that was out on the arrival of firefighters was checked for heat.
"The bin was situated near a house so a thermal imaging camera was used to check the property."
