THICK clouds and heavy showers didn't deter thousands of punters from heading to the Roodee for Ladies Day at the Boodles May Festival on Thursday, May 11.
After yesterday's action saw veteran jockey Frankie Dettori mark what may be his last ride at Chester with a victorious farewell, crowds returned to Chester Racecourse for the second day of racing.
And, after braving the elements yesterday to take plenty of photos of racegoers, photographer Simon Warburton has been back to capture the best dressed from today.
