THERE are delays on the M62 this morning, Wednesday, after an accident and a broken down van.
Traffic was stopped on the M62 eastbound due to the incidents between junction 11 for Birchwood to junction 12 for Eccles Interchange - all lanes have since reopened.
But congestion is backing up to junction nine for Winwick as a result.
Travel time is around 35 minutes.
