READERS have been picturing the high tide in Little Neston and Parkgate over the past two days.

The high tide appeared on Wednesday (March 22) and Thursday (March 23) capturing many people's attention.

Due to the disruptions, Cheshire West and Chester Council enforced a road closure after cars were caught up in the high tide.

Here is a look at some of the shots taken.

There were also lots of small mammals spotted such as harvest mice, voles and shrews fleeing the high tide.
