A Wirral bakery has launched a recruitment campaign as it looks to take on 30 new employees following 'continued growth'.
Baker & Baker is looking to boost its manufacturing based roles at its factory in Bromborough.
In a statement, the company said no prior manufacturing experience is necessary as full training will be provided for successful applicants, however it is also keen to attract job seekers who do possess relevant manufacturing experience, particularly within the food industry.
Interested applicants should contact recruitmentwirral@bakerandbaker.eu to apply or to request further information.
A Baker & Baker spokesperson said: "We’re looking to recruit individuals with a range of career backgrounds to grow our successful manufacturing team at the Wirral.
"Baker & Baker manufactures a broad range of sweet bakery products for prominent retailers at the Bromborough site and we offer genuine career progression opportunities across all of our roles."
Described as one of the UK's leading sweet bakery manufacturers, Baker & Baker supplies a range of doughnuts, muffins, brownies, cookies and cakes to customers in the retail, food service, wholesale and artisan bakery sectors.
In February, the firm was named 'Bakery manufacturing company of the year' title at the annual Food Manufacture Excellence Awards.
Celebrating the best people and manufacturers in the UK’s food and drink industry, the awards honour excellence, best practice and innovation across the sector.
The company employs around 1350 people in the UK across four sites, with 550 people based at Baker & Baker's Wirral site.
