What to expect as Met Office issues yellow weather warning

The Met Office says we can expect:

  • Some roads and railways likely to be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services
  • Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces
  • Probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths

Much of the UK has experienced colder temperatures and snow in recent days and the Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for Scotland on Monday and Tuesday too.
