CHESTER Cathedral fell silent on Sunday as the city stopped to remember those who sacrificed their lives in conflict.
The service took place yesterday (November 13) in what was a poignent event to mark Remembrance Sunday.
A parade featuring members of the armed forces took place at 9:30am before the service commenced at 10:15am, followed by an Act of Remembrance at 10:50am at the Cathedral.
